What we collect
When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we collect:

- the type of work you need help with and your message
- any photos you choose to upload
If you call or email us directly, we keep the details you give us so we can deal with your enquiry.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to you, arrange a visit, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, carry out the work. The legal basis is that you have asked us to take these steps before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services.
We use photos only to understand the job before we visit. We will not publish them, or any other details about you or your property, without your permission. Where possible, please avoid including people in the photos you send.
We do not sell your information or use it for marketing unless you have asked us to.
Who we share it with
We only share your information when we need to:

How long we keep it
